  1. Place your feet shoulder-width apart;
  2. Position your feet shoulder-width apart and stand on tiptoes;
  3. Step with your left foot as far behind as possible past your right foot;
  4. Then step out as far as you can with your right foot;
  5. Step with your left foot as far as possible ahead of your right foot;
  6. Step out again with your right foot as far as possible;
  7. Repeat this movement at a fast pace.
