How does QR-FIT work?


  1. In the QR-FIT app, choose which exercise route you want to do, here you can see the entire route and all the locations of the poles;
  2. Choose which fitness level you want to perform the exercises at;
  3. Scan the QR code on the pole and receive a muscle-strengthening or conditioning exercise, this can also be done without the app;
  4. Watch the video and read the written out explanation of the exercise;
  5. Perform the exercise at the specified number of sets and repetitions and resume;
  6. If you do this again tomorrow, because they rotate every 24 hours, you will receive different exercises;
  7. Earn points and medals by scanning signs, completing routes, covering miles and sharing your activities;
  8. Scan fit!
