Explanation:

  1. Stand on 1 leg and sink down a little bit;
  2. Jump aside as explosively as possible;
  3. Swing the arms along with you while jumping;
  4. Land again with two feet on the ground (spring in while landing);
  5. Then repeat this exercise with the other leg.
