  2. Make 1 step forward and back with one foot at a time;
  3. Then step to the right and back in the same way;
  4. Then step back and forth in the same way;
  5. Then step to the left and back in the same way;
  6. Keep moving continuously on your forefeet throughout the exercise;
  7. Repeat this movement at a fast pace.
